Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines expected and prohibited conduct when using the Atlas platform operated by Helix Research Intelligence.
Permitted uses
Atlas is designed to support legitimate research, document analysis, scientific exploration, synthesis and work organization in a professional context or an authorized evaluation context.
Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use Atlas to violate the law or third-party rights; to import content without appropriate rights or authorizations; to process identifiable personal health data without a specific contractual and compliance framework; to directly generate medical, diagnostic or therapeutic decisions; to conduct reverse engineering or technical circumvention activities; to launch abusive queries, bulk extraction or competitive scraping; to attempt to access unauthorized accounts, data or workspaces; to distribute malicious, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content; or to use outputs as unverified scientific truth.
Content that must not be imported
Unless expressly agreed by contract, the following must not be imported into the Platform: identifiable patient data; medical records; highly sensitive information not required for the service; third-party trade secrets without authorization; and unlawful content or content infringing intellectual property rights.
User responsibility
The User remains responsible for their prompts, imports, interpretations and decisions. AI-generated or AI-assisted results must be verified before any critical use.
Measures in case of misuse
If this policy is breached, Helix Research Intelligence may, without prejudice to any other rights, limit or suspend access, delete certain content, close the relevant account and take any useful measure to protect the Platform, its users and its rights.
