AI Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This AI Policy describes the framework governing the use of the artificial intelligence features of the Atlas platform operated by Helix Research Intelligence.

Nature of AI features

Atlas may use natural language processing, semantic search, extraction, synthesis, ranking or content-generation models. Depending on the selected technical configuration, Atlas may rely on OpenAI and DeepSeek. These features may be used to analyze documents, generate summaries, assist information retrieval, prioritize or group certain evidence, and produce working or exploration suggestions.

Limits and mandatory review

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, non-exhaustive, based on imperfect sources or poorly interpreted out of context. Every AI output must be critically reviewed by a qualified professional before any scientific, operational, medical, strategic or regulatory use.

No medical advice and no medical device

Atlas does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, therapeutic recommendations or regulatory advice. Atlas is not a medical device.

Prohibited data without specific agreement

Users must not import identifiable personal health data without a specific contractual agreement, a compliance assessment and an appropriate technical setup.

User responsibility

The User remains solely responsible for selecting documents and data, validating hypotheses, interpreting analyses and making decisions based on the results.

Model evolution

AI components and their performance may evolve over time. Helix Research Intelligence may modify the providers, models, parameters, guardrails or related workflows.
