Atlas is an AI-native operating system for translational biomedical research, built by Helix Research Intelligence. Who is Atlas designed for?
Atlas is designed for translational research teams in biotech and pharma — typically 5 to 50 researchers working on therapeutic programs across oncology, rare diseases, immunology, and neuroscience. It is built for teams that need to move fast from biological hypothesis to clinical insight without losing scientific rigor.
What is translational research intelligence?
Translational research intelligence refers to the systematic use of AI and data tools to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and therapeutic development. It involves analyzing biomedical literature, clinical trial data, and molecular relationships to help research teams make faster, better-informed decisions on drug development programs.
How does Atlas analyze scientific papers?
Atlas uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ingest and semantically index scientific papers. Researchers can query their literature corpus in natural language. All AI-generated insights are grounded in retrieved source passages and include citations, so every conclusion is traceable back to the original paper.
Is Atlas secure and compliant?
Yes. Atlas is built with security and compliance by design. Data is hosted on infrastructure located in France. The platform enforces strict access controls, encrypted communications, and audit logging. Helix Research Intelligence publishes a full security policy, data processing agreement (DPA), and sub-processors list for enterprise customers.
